The "Hatzenbichler-Harrow comb" has established itself since almost 50
years as the best alternative to the chemical weed control. It can be
used in almost all the crops, like cereals, maize, sugar beets, oilseed
rape, soya- beans, peas, potatoes, vegetables and in the grassland. The
aim of using the harrow comb is to keep the weeds at a minimum level,
so that the crop doesn’t get any damages. As the soil must be seen as a
high complex organic system, we do not want to eliminate all the weeds,
as a small amount of weeds in the crop can also be a positive factor.
